WITH Level 5 restrictions back in place, it’s going to be a little while before we can all safely return to play on the pitch. But that doesn’t mean we can’t still have some fun and challenge each other while we wait!

We at Enniscorthy hockey are going to run a Home Hockey Challenge for the next four weeks, with different fun challenges each week for everyone in the club to try.

Each week we will pick a winner and they will win a prize from the Enniscorthy hockey gear shop.

We will announce each challenge every Wednesday afternoon, so keep an eye on our social media for more information.

To enter the challenge, send in your videos/photos of your attempts at the challenge to enniscorthyhockeypro@gmail.com, or tag us on social media using the hashtag #EHCHomeChallenge.

The winners will be announced every Tuesday. Best of luck!

Along with the Home Hockey Challenge, the ladies’ head coach is running some Zoom sessions over the next few weeks with a different topic each week, such as nutrition, a cooking class, and more!

If you are interested in joining the sessions, get in touch with your co-ordinator or via DMs on social media and we will forward you on the details.

With the rise in cases in the county recently, we would like to reiterate public health advice and remind people to wear a mask, wash their hands, and stay home if possible.

We will come through this tough time together and are here to support all of our members who may be struggling.
