Our underage section have been flying the flag brilliantly for the club of late. In the U14 race Eoghan Cooke took a fantastic second place and Conor Shortt finished 6th well done to all.

Next up for Liam and Eoghan was the long trip to Donegal for the Errigal youth tour, three days of tough racing over very demanding terrain. Liam Curley is one of 102 riders taking part in the U16 race with teams from Germany, Belgium , Isle of Man and the U.K. In the U14 race Eoghan Cooke was in a big field of 85 riders at time of going to press Liam is 15th overall and Eoghan is in 39th place overall well done lads.

Our junior rider Luke Kearney took part in the old castle GP in co. Meath . Right from the start a group of 12 riders broke free and managed to stay away right to the end with Luke taking a fantastic fourth place. Huge congratulations to Luke as this now promotes him to the A2 category.

Our third coffee spin of the year took place on the Bank Holiday Monday with club members enjoying a nice leisurely spin and afterwards headed back to the Olde Ship for tea, coffee and delicious scones. Special thanks to Sean and staff.
