GRASSROOTS
came up against a very strong St Nicholas side in round three of the ‘A’ championship.
Well done to our under-12 boys who travelled to Dunlavin on Saturday to take part in a mini festival final against Donard-The Glen. In an entertaining encounter the home side persevered by one point.
Our under-10 boys travelled to Gorey on Sunday where they faced several strong Wexford teams in a blitz. They won five of their six games. The future is looking bright for our young footballers.
Best of luck to all our teams playing our national games this week!
