-

WITH SANTA CLAUS and his band of little helpers busily putting the finishing touches to their Christmas preparations, the Wicklow People visited St Joseph’s National School, Glenealy, to ask the young boys and girls of junior and senior infant classes just what was on their wish-list for this Christmas.

Manchester United fan, Ryan Mahon, has put plenty of thought into what gifts he will be hoping for this festive season.

‘I’d love an Air-Hock Switchblade. It’s kind of like a car but more like a drone. It can fly way up in the air.

‘ Then there is a water car which can travel on water. I’d also like a football table, sweets and a surprise.’

Ethan Kelleth is eager to explain what presents he will be looking for.

‘A Pie-Face is where you have a hand and someone gets a pie in their face. A car I could sit in would be fun, some candy and then next I want a Gumball game.’

Mickey O’Neill is a young supporter of the services provided by the RNLI.
