ARKLOW HARBOUR GOLF SOCIETY

On Sunday morning last, members of Arklow Harbour Golf Society travelled to Blackwater Golf club course for to play for the Benny Hughes cup Benny was a great member of the society a good turnout of members and the weather conditions was excellent for good golf.

It was Eoin Riley, who turned in a good round of golf and came out with two point win over his brother Robert to take the cup with a score of 29 points.

The Cup was presented by Maura Corrigan when she thanked the Harbour Golf Society for using her course for the competitio­n.

The following are the full results – 1st: Eoin Riley (handicap (6) 29 points; 2nd: Robert Riley (handicap (9) 27 points; 3rd: Michael Barnes (handicap (12) 25 points.

Next outing will be at Bunker golf course.
