SUPER SUPPORT!

New sponsors unveiled in Kiltegan

-

ST. TEGAN’S Hall Kiltegan was the place to be on Wednesday night last where an array of young camogie players from Kiltegan Camogie Club packed the hall. The evening reception was held to launch the new Kiltegan Supporters gear supplied by Kaideen Knitwear Baltinglass, to thank all the sponsors of the new Kiltegan Camogie Club jerseys and to present the Kiltegan under-14 Féile team with their gear.

This year Kiltegan Camogie Club changed their club colours to red/green/gold/white to be in uniformity with the GAA Club. This meant all the team jerseys needed to be replaced. As Lorcan Byrne, Chairperson of Kiltegan Camogie Club and MC for the night, stated that at the start of the year this seemed like a daunting task.

However, amazing sponsors have come on board and looked after all the teams:

U8s: Sponsored by Irish Fluid Controls.

U10s: Sponsored by Anthony Darcy Sand & Gravel.

U12s: Regional Construction Ltd.

U14s: B.S.S.

U16s: Pat Lee

Adult: Tom Geraghty Ltd On the night the sponsors presented the jerseys to the mentors of each team and were sincerely thanked by Chairperson Lorcan Byrne.

The final task of the night was to acknowledge the club’s under-14 team who will represent Wicklow next weekend in the national Féile competition.

This panel of 22 young girls are looking forward to an amazing weekend and are being hosted by Rathgarogue/Cushintown in Co. Wexford. The panel is: Rebecca Donegan, Katie Boland, Hope Tallon, Emma Byrne, Miriam O’Keeffe, Ciara Boland, Lauren Kavanagh, Amber House, Moya Cremin, Sophie Bermingham, Faye Corrigan, Emma Daly, Roisin Timmins, Robyn Twyford Troy, Kristan Mallin, Leah Donegan, Sorcha Gartland, Leah Furlong, Clare Corcoran, Martyna Mielnik, Sarah Keane, Sarah-Mai Fitzgerald.
