NEWTOWN JUNIORS

-

Our Under 8s played out a great series of games in Newtown where spills and thrills were a plenty. Among the goals for Newtown were David McCormack, Colin Healy and Tyler Doyle.

Equally our Under 9’s had an excellent series of matches away to Arklow United. Among those on the mark were Nathan Donohoe, Leon O’Connor, Leighton Byrne, JV Kelly and Albie Chance.

Our 10’s travelled to Ashford and played out an exciting game sharing the spoils thanks to goals from Ryan Collins, Aidan Heffernan and Max Roche. Best for the 10’s on the day were Kacey Kelly, Ryan Collins and Mikey Synnott. The 11’s were also in Ashford but despite some good periods of play, the home side proved a little too strong. Cormac Chance and Evan Fahey scored for Newtown while among those who starred were Dylan Dunleavy and PJ Duffy.
