Bench warrant

A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of a Gorey woman who failed to appear when called in Arklow District Court last Wednesday.

Jennifer Kelly of 11 Riverchapel Place, Gorey, was due to answer charges of no insurance (user), failure to produce insurance certificate and holding a mobile phone while driving at Ticknock, Arklow, on November 29, 2016.
