A BENCH warrant was issued for a Bray man who failed to appear in court last Thursday to face two motoring offences.

Owen O’Sullivan, 4 Lavelle Apartment, Upper Dargle, Bray, faced charges of no insurance and driving without a licence at Upper Dargle Road, Bray on April 25, 2017.

Judge David Kennedy issued a bench warrant after Mr O’Sullivan failed to make an appearance at the Bray District Court sitting on Thursday.
