The combination drawn in the club lotto draw on Monday, November 27, was 7, 10, 14, and 23. There was no jackpot winner.

The following matched three numbers and shared €100: Sue Dagg c/o James Driver and Maureen Flaherty, Carnew.

Mick Rossitter won the promoter’s prize. The next draw with the jackpot at €1,500 will take place in Kenny’s Central House on Monday next, December 11.

Tickets costing just €2 are available from promoters, players, committee members and in all local business outlets, your continued support is much appreciated.

The Annual General Meeting of Shillelagh G.A.A Club will take place on Sunday next, December 10, in Kenny’s Central House lounge at 3pm sharp.

All players, members and supporters are requested / welcome to attend, new members are more than welcome. We would appeal to former players, new members of the community, ladies and gents, plus anyone willing to get involved if only to keep a watching brief to come along.

Once again, well done to the Christmas lights committee and all their helpers. Through their efforts the beautiful village has once again been transformed into a kalidescope of colour with the switching on of the lights on Friday last, only those directly involved are fully aware of the time and effort involved in this project.
