Aimee aims to be next top model
AIMEE Marie Hayden has made it through to the finals of Ireland’s Next Top Model after coming third in the Miss Bikini Ireland competition just a few weeks ago.
The 27-year-old Rathnew woman made it through to the final of Miss Bikini Ireland after the 35 candidates were whittled down to just five, with Aimee finishing in an impressive third spot.
Aimee, who runs her own fashion and lifestyle blog, has now been selected as a finalist for Ireland’s Next Top Model, which takes place this Saturday, January 20.
‘This is way more than a competition for me,’ said Aimee.
‘Since coming third in Miss Bikini Ireland 2017, so many opportunities have opened up as a beauty and fashion blogger. It has also been my platform to get myself out there in the modelling industry and also to gain more self esteem and confidence. I decided to take the next step into Top Model Ireland to show my dedication and passion I have for the industry.
‘I have spent most of my formative years between school and further education trying to utilise my interests and talents to empower others to look and feel their best, through make-up artistry and personal grooming.
‘I would be thrilled and honoured if the name to be called out were mine as it would be a privilege to represent Ireland in the worldwide Top Model Competition, which will be held in
London.’
