MYTh bring­ing the magic and the dream­coat

MYTh Academy is pulling out all the stops as its pro­duc­tion of ‘Joseph and the Amaz­ing Tech­ni­color Dream­coat’ takes to the stage for the first time this evening (Wed­nes­day, April 11).

The show will con­tinue each night un­til Satur­day, April 14, in the Holy Rosary Hall in Wick­low town, with each show start­ing at 7.30 p.m. There will also be mati­nee show on Satur­day at 2.30 p.m.

The cast has been work­ing over­time to en­sure this this fam­ily favourite – fea­tur­ing songs such as ‘Any Dream Will Do’, ‘One More An­gel in Heaven’ and ‘Those Canaan Days’ – is a hit with the au­di­ences. Poignantly, MYTh’s first ev­ery pro­duc­tion 20 years ago was also ‘Joseph and the Amaz­ing Tech­ni­color Dream­coat’ so ev­ery­one is hop­ing to mark this mile­stone an­niver­sary in show-stop­ping style.

Tick­ets are avail­able from Earls Newsagents in Wick­low town. Tick­ets for tonight’s show cost €11 while ad­mis­sionto the other shows is €12.

MYTh Academy has mem­bers rang­ing from age five and up­wards.
