Tinahely GAA training wil be starting back on Tuesday, March 27, at 6pm for all under-7 and under-9 players. All new members are welcome to attend.

Intermedia­te football - Our Intermedia­te team made it five wins from five in the league with a comprehens­ive win over AGB last Sunday morning in Tinahely.

AGB might have scored the first point, but Tinahely dominated the half all over the pitch and went in with a commanding lead at half-time.

Full-time score was Tinahely 3-11, AGB 1-8.

This Thursday night we play Kilmac in Roundwood at 8pm in the league. Let’s keep the winning going.

Well done to everyone involved. Tinahely Ladies - Finally the season got on the way with the weather playing havoc with fixtures.

Our under-14s got off the mark two weeks ago with an away win against Blessingto­n and the Intermedia­tes started their league with a win against AGB.

Then this week, our under-12s, with a new look management team of Noel Shannon, Erin Murphy and John Keenan, had a great win over St Pats.

Finally, our senior team had their first league outing with a win against Clara.

Our under-16s have yet to feature, but the county under-16s are busy and we have a lot of girls involved with this team.
