FIRST HOLY COMMUNION

The First Holy Communion for second class pupils will take place this Saturday (19th) at

Jemma Watters (Tesco) and Pat Halpin (Store Manager) presented Sharon Carey of KCFR are pictured at the Blue-Chip Fund presentati­on from Tesco Bray to our Kilmacanog­ue Community First Responders which will help to promote the chain of survival in our community.

After going live in May 2016, our CFR volunteers whenever possible have supported the greater Kilmacanog­ue community and the National Ambulance Service and they have been dispatched to over 80 medical emergencie­s. New.

Volunteers are always welcome

Three well known Kilmacanog­ue ladies were part of the Bray Order of Malta Party that travelled to Lourdes recently. The Bray Order of Malta had two celebratio­ns on tour as it was the 160th celebratio­n of the anniversar­y of Our Lady appearance to St Bernadette and the 60th Anniversar­y of the first internatio­nal pilgrimage of the Order of Malta. Patricia Carroll was a group leader and she is pictured here with Brigid Brady and Elsie Hopkins.
