Stars come out for St Caterine’s event

These trains will depart Dalkey for Bray at 5 p.m., 5.41 p.m., 6.16 p.m., 7 p.m. and 7.41 p.m. All northbound Dart services will start from Dalkey during the evening peak.

There will be an hourly service in each direction between Bray and Dalkey that will operate during daytime off-peak. These hourly trains will leave Bray on the hour from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. and will leave Dalkey on the half-hour, from 9.30 a.m. until 4.30 p.m.

After evening peak, all Dart services will be suspended between Dalkey and Bray to allow repair works to continue.

These arrangemen­t will continue until this Friday, May 25, but, depending on how the repair works are progressin­g, alteration­s may also be required on Saturday, May 26, and Sunday, May 27.

Dublin Bus is continuing to accept rail tickets for journeys to and from areas south of Dalkey. Service informatio­n will be updated at www.irishrail.ie

Iarnód Éireann has apologised for the inconvenie­nce caused by the damage and necessary repair works. THE STARS will be shining bright at the fabulous fashion event at Fishers of Newtownmou­ntkennedy this evening in aid of St Catherine’s.

The fashion show begins at 7 p.m. today (Wednesday May 23) and will see RTE broadcaste­r Charlie Bird, Newstalk’s Dr Ciara Kelly, author Cathy Kelly and Design Doctor, Garry Cohn and model Erika Bellamy take to the catwalk, along with Cathy Macken and Kiera Broe, who have Downs Syndrome.

There are dozens of star lucky envelope prizes including hotel stays and dozens of spot prizes to be won.

All proceeds will go towards developmen­t work at St Catherine’s, which looks after more than 200 children with intellectu­al and physical disabiliti­es, and also towards buying new equipment.
