Armed man holds up Arklow petrol station
GARDAÍ in Arklow are investigating a terrifying raid on a local business which saw a staff member threatened with a knife.
The incident occurred at
Jones Oil on the Navvy Hill at approximately 8 p.m. on Sunday night.
A male armed with what is believed to have been a knife entered the premises and demanded cash.
An undisclosed amount of money was handed over and the suspect fled the scene.
No injuries were sustained in this incident and the Garda Press Office confirmed that investigations are ongoing.
