TOPIC is a male Beagle who is three years old. He is very friendly and loves to call people over to say hello. He is bilingual as he understands commands in English and Polish. He is very affectionate and loves pets and cuddles. He gets on brilliantly with other dogs and would be a fantastic addition to any family.

If you can offer a loving home, contact the Wicklow SPCA at 0404 44783. A home vetting policy applies. The opening hours are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4pm. and Sundays and bank holidays from 1.30 p.m. to 4 p.m. (closed Wednesdays).
