Dust off your golf clubs at Druid’s Glen events

THE DRUIDS GLEN Winter Alliance, sponsored by the Titleist, returned on Monday and is once again open to PGA Profession­als and Amateurs alike.

The Winter Alliance sees golfers competing for weekly prizes along with a place in the Grand Final on March 25. Amateur weekly winners will receive Titleist branded prizes and in the event of a PGA Profession­al winning, a cash prize will be awarded.

The competitio­n will run for seven weeks and the weekly winner will qualify for March’s grand final.

The weekly entry fees are €50 for the Amateur Druids Glen and €30 for the Amateur Druids Heath. It’s €30 for the PGA Profession­al Druids Glen and €25 for the PGA Profession­al Druids Heath

In addition to the Winter Alliance, Druids Glen will also play host to several open competitio­ns in February, continuing on Saturday, February 9, and Saturday, February 16, and costs €50 per person.

There will be weekly prizes up for grabs and the best score over the three Saturdays wins a relaxing overnight stay at Druids Glen for two which includes; a delicious four course dinner in the award-winning Hugo’s restaurant, a delectable breakfast the following morning and a round of golf for two on Druids Glen.
