SYMPATHY

The local community extend their deepest sympathy to the Byrne and Butler families, Croghan View on the death of their sister Sarah Rapple, Gorey, whose burial took place in St Michael’s Cemetery Gorey on last Tuesday.

Chair Yoga with Sarah has resumed on Mondays at 10.45 a.m. in the Anchor Bar (side door into the function room) for a six weeks session. No need to book just come along and give it a go. Chair yoga lessens the impact of chronic illnesses and pain. It reduced stress and improves mental health. It is particular­ly good for anyone wanting to improve flexibilit­y and strengthen their joints after injury or illness.

If yoga is not your thing, why not come along on Thursday nights for some SOSA dance fitness. Low impact, high energy and tonnes of fun.
