BALLYELLIS NS SPLIT-THE-POT
This play was a huge hit with audiences when it was presented last month in St Mogue’s, so this is a final opportunity to see it before it starts on the One Act all-Ireland circuit at the end of October.
Written by Barry McKinley and directed by Sally Stevens, this is a fast-paced absurd comedy centring on a stressed-out New Yorker, Josephine, and her struggles with her husband, her therapist, some other weird characters and, believe or not, a walrus in her apartment building.
Can she live happily every after? These and other questions will be answered on the night.
The cast is – Eadaoin Ni Lionain; Norah Finn; Eamonn O’Sheil; Niall Hunter; Ned Dempsey; Nicola Conroy, Denise Moules and Richard Lister.
Tickets are €7, including refreshments, and are available at the door or phone 086 8907118.
