Disposal of county council lands

COUNCILLORS agreed to 11 disposals of assets at Wicklow County Council’s March meeting.

There were no objections to the disposal of 1.223 acres of land situated in the townland of Tinakelly, Aughrim to Woodfab Timber Ltd. by way of a three year lease.

Around 0.13 acres or thereabouts of land situated at Drummin, Annamoe will go to Jason Roche, Drummin, Annamoe. 0.2 acres or therabouts of land at Drummin, Annamoe will be disposed of to Patrick Roche and Breda Roche, Drummin, Annamoe.

Around 0.12 acres of land at Drummin, Annamoe will go to Yvonne Roche, Drummin, Annamoe.

It was agreed that 1.2 acres or thereabouts of land at Dr Ryan Park, Kindlestown Lower Greystones will go to Sporting Greystones for a period of 30 years.

Councillors raised no objections to the disposal of the freehold interest in Seapoint House, Bray to John Wilson and Hazel Wilson, Seapoint House, Bray.

It was also agreed that the council will dispose of its freehold interest in 34 Connolly

Square, Bray to Sharon Fannin, 34 Connolly Square, Bray,

0.004ha of land or thereabouts in Enniskerry known as 20 Millfield will go to David Messitt and Helen Messitt, 20 Millfield.

The council’s interest and equity in 0.4026ha of land at Clonpadden, Arklow will be disposed of to Derek Byrne, 25 Woodlands Rise, Arklow.

It was agreed to dispose of the local authority’s interest and equity in 0.0307 ha of land at Kilboy, Kilbride and 0.5123 ha of land at Ballinacor East, Kilbride to David Johnson, Penrose House, Redcross.
