CATTLE SALE - MARCH 4: Quality cattle always on demand. The sale on Wednesday mostly had top quality forward and light stores for both bullocks and heifers, met with a very strong demand. Plainer cattle also dear especially forwards stores.Sample prices as follows.

A good Selection of fat cows were in demand and made from €600 up to €1,000. or €2.07/kilo. The cattle trade was similar to last week with plenty of customers leading to a full clearance.
