Trade online to boost sales

-

BUSINESSES under pressure from the Covid-19 crisis should ensure that they have a good website, good search engine optimisation (SEO) and a payment facility in place, according to Local Enterprise Office (LEO) Wicklow.

An advantage of having an e-commerce website means customers will be able to avail businesses’ products and services while maintaining social distancing.

LEO Wicklow is holding an Trading Online Voucher Seminar to help small businesses trade more online in order to boost their sales and reach new markets. With the current business challenges, and with many businesses moving online, the aim of the seminar is to help companies make more informed decisions.

Cutting the cost of developing your online trading capacity by up to 90 per cent can make the investment very affordable for many small businesses out there, according to LEO Wicklow

The online information session will cover multiple topics, including developing a website, digital marketing, social media for business and SEO.

The information provided will be impartial, with the aim of helping companies decide what trading online options are the most suitable.
