BALTINGLASS Golf Club founded in 1928 is a delightful parkland course with manicured fairways and challenging greens offering an enjoyable experience to golfers of all abilities. A member run club that is relaxed and friendly you are guaranteed a warm welcome. Golfers travel from all over the country to experience the unique mix of golf holes, where no two holes are alike. It offers a mix of mature tree lined fairways, wandering deer; the par 3 water featured 2nd hole and our famous 1st hole which is famed, far and wide, as one of the finest opening holes in the country.

Baltinglass Golf Club added a new nine holes in 2002 to the existing course this has complemented an already outstanding facility. The west Wicklow Club has firmly established itself as one of the finest parkland courses in

Leinster. The course is playable all year round but really comes into its own in the summer months where the expertise and hard work of course superintendents Martin Donegan, Eamon Doherty and the many volunteers is showcased. Special mention for the Trojan work the many volunteers are doing on the course and in the office, week in week out, keeping the club at a very high standard.

The club is extremely popular with societies and green fees and the number of returns year after year, gives testimony to the quality of the course and the friendliness of the welcome received. Given its modest green fee rates, Baltinglass is without doubt one of the best value courses around.
