Storage plan is submitted

A Tinahely business is seeking planning permission to install a metal container to store pyrotechnic material.

Rocket Pyrotechnics has applied to the local authority to install a 40ft metal shipping container with 3.2m high earth mounding to all sides for the storage of pyrotechnics, a 4m2 timber packing shed and all associated site development works at Toberpatrick in Tinahely.

A decision is expected to be made by August 16.
