Sustainable energy action Children’s Wee library
Laragh/Glendalough Sustainable Energy Action is currently conducting a survey on energy usage which you may be able to assist with.
Laragh/Glendalough Sustainable Energy Action is a community/voluntary group of local people set up to increase awareness of the causes and impacts of climate change, and to explore ways that the community can respond.
All information collected in the survey is confidential and will not be used for any purpose other than identifying the quantities and types of energy we use in the Glendalough/ Laragh area.
This information will help the group put together an energy plan for the community, with a view to drawing down further funding.
You can get in touch directly if you any questions about the survey.
To participate in the survey, you can go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/WXQG7Y2 or join the Laragh/Glendalough Sustainable Energy Action Facebook page.
There is a new addition to Newtownmountkennedy Main Street.
The new Children’s Wee Library is located beside the Village Practice alongside its Older Sibling the ‘Original’ Wee Library. Special thanks to Annick Bishop for creating this beautiful masterpiece for the local children, which is much appreciated.
