COOMBE HAT APPEAL

Calling all knitters. We know it is a bit early to start talking about Christmas, but we need your help. Such was the success of our Family Christmas Tree last year, we plan to create another tree this year AND sell hats for people to place on their own trees at home in honour of all of the children who have come into our lives.

If you would like to help us raise much needed funds by knitting small baby hat Christmas

Enrolments are now being taken for the junior infants class for school year in September 2020. Forms available from the school office or online at snndunlavin. com.

WEBSITE

Check out Dunlavin.ie for all the updates in your local village.

Although the Tidy Towns competition isn’t going ahead this year, we still want to keep the village looking as beautiful as always, so we’ll be continuing the summer tradition of Monday evening clean ups. Join us at 7.30 p.m. at the Castle Inn carpark every Monday from June 29. Don’t forget to bring your own gloves!

The RDA are monitoring the government guidelines carefully as regards indoor gatherings, but it is still not clear when bingo in the hall can be safely organised. Updates will be reported in the Rathdrum Notes and on the RDA Facebook page.
