Six tons of poultry destroyed

A Binyamin-region poultry factory was shut down Monday after health inspectors uncovered a number of serious violations including poultry past its expiration date; unsanitary working conditions; and equipment in poor repair. As a result, six tons of chicken at the Dabah poultry processing factory were destroyed and authoritie­s from the Mateh Binyamin Regional Council signed an order to shut the plant.
