In occasione della Milano Design Week, per la prima volta RCS MediaGroup apre le porte della sua sede più prestigiosa. Nel cuore di Brera, alla Sala Buzzati, Abitare sarà con il Corriere della Sera e Living ad animare un fitto programma di incontri ed eventi. Da martedì 17 a domenica 22 aprile Il senso del design, questo il titolo della manifestazione, offrirà ai milanesi, agli appassionati e agli addetti ai lavori, un articolato calendario di appuntamenti, mettendo a disposizione spazi e servizi, intrattenendo con installazioni e performance. Tra gli ospiti ci saranno Steven Holl, Marco Balich, Stefano Boeri, Tony Chambers, Jana Crepon, Ezio Manzini, Maria Grazia Mattei, Davide Oldani, Carlo Ratti, John Thackara e Patricia Urquiola. Ad accogliere i visitatori, la nuova installazione artistica Table Vivant creata ad hoc dal duo Masbedo. In collaborazione con Brera Design District, gli spazi ospiteranno anche l’International Press Lounge che accoglierà la stampa per l’intera durata del Salone. Main partner della rassegna è Mitsubishi, il brand nipponico che presenta la sua nuova Eclipse Cross.
On the occasion of Milan Design Week, RCS MediaGroup is opening the doors of its most prestigious venue to the public for the first time. In the heart of Brera, at the Sala Buzzati, Abitare will be staging a lively programme of meetings and events in collaboration with Il Corriere della Sera and Living. From Tuesday 17 to Sunday 22 April The Sense of Design, the title given to the programme of events, will offer the people of Milan, along with design enthusiasts and insiders, a varied and exciting calendar, making its spaces and services available to a series of guests and entertaining visitors with installations and performances. Those guests will include Steven Holl, Marco Balich, Stefano Boeri, Tony Chambers, Jana Crepon, Ezio Manzini, Maria Grazia Mattei, Davide Oldani, Carlo Ratti, John Thackara and Patricia Urquiola. Visitors will be greeted by the new art installation Table Vivant created ad hoc by the Masbedo duo. In collaboration with Brera Design District, the spaces will also host the International Press Lounge for the entire duration of the Salone del Mobile. The main partner of the event is Mitsubishi, the Japanese brand that will present its new Eclipse Cross.
