A NAPOLI, PER IL PROGETTO DEL PRIMO PUNTO VENDITA DI UNA FAMIGLIA DI ORAFI da tre generazioni, lo studio BT Architetti ha scelto di reinterpretare la boiserie in chiave contemporanea. La morfologia di questi 70 metri quadrati suddivisi in sei stanze, collegate tra loro, ha suggerito di dedicarne quattro alle tipologie di prodotto (argenteria, oreficeria, semipreziosi e orologeria) e due come deposito e area privata per la gestione dell’e-commerce. Il sistema di boiserie esagonali “a nido d’ape” è di legno laccato bianco opaco e ogni ambiente è caratterizzato da un colore differente dei listelli triangolari di legno che avvolgono le pareti e gli espositori centrali. Giallo acido, bordeaux, arancio e bianco candido: le scelte cromatiche così vivaci rendono informale lo spazio; il pavimento di grès porcellanato di grandi dimensioni simula l’effetto della graniglia di marmo. FOR THE DESIGN OF THE FIRST MORTAR STORE IN NEAPLES FOR A THIRD GENERATION FAMILY OF GOLDSMITHS the firm BT Architetti chose to reinterpret wood panelling with a contemporary twist. The original layout of the 70 square metres divided into six rooms, connected to each other, lent itself to dedicating four of them to the types of products (silver jewellery, gold jewellery, semi-precious and watchmaking) and two for storage and as a private area for managing e-commerce. The system of hexagonal “honeycomb” wood panels is painted matt white and each room is characterised by a different colour of the triangular wooden strips that hug the walls and central displays. Acid yellow, burgundy, orange and pure white: the bright colour choices render the space informal, while the flooring in large porcelain stoneware slabs simulates the effect of marble chips.
