Neaples makes FASHION

Started as a genius craftsman, Andrea Miranda has turned K occa into a trademark of international importance

-

Andrea Miranda was born in Naples in 1963, he liked studying and graduated with honors in Accounting. It was just the beginning. He set to work, since he liked it as well as studying and maybe even more. In the early ’90s, alongside his brothers Claudio and Francesco who were taking their first steps in the production of a line of clothing, he offered his administrative, accounting and business experience gained in important national companies. His dual imprinting, both administrative and commercial, makes him an entrepreneur able to dialogue on complex financial and commercial corporate transactions. It is only the beginning, the creation, the birth of what is now the reality of Kocca. That is, let’s say it now, an absolutely brilliant trademark, the top of empathy and not only marketing. Kocca is brilliant in the name but this is not always enough, life requires something more, that is:

how have you become an Italian excellence?

“Thanks to our territory. Naples transmitted us this vocation. Besides this, I also add the imagination of three brothers, the will to succeed and the courage of a serious business challenge: these factors have made this possible”.

What’s your favourite Italy like, which you wouldn’t change at all...

“We live in a wonderful country that makes all the world dream, from the north to the south its landscapes, beautiful architecture and the genius of its people continue to enchant me”.

And what about the wrong side of Italy, that you would like to change?

“The current situation of insecurity . I would like Italy to be strong in its productions, full of large and small businesses able to dream and grow. The enterprise is the engine of life as well as family and, as for the latter, its growth needs serenity. I hope that we can gain it back soon”.

Let’s go back to our beautiful Italy: what are your favorite places?

“Surely Naples and its surroundings are my favorite places to relax. Milan offers a lot regarding working relationships. Actually there is no specific place, all Italy is wonderful; I believe, however, that all of us feel tied to their places of origin for affections and memories”.
