Cavalli’s new yacht
Freedom is designer Roberto Cavalli’s new yacht. The fashionista developed the 27-metre full- custom with his great pal Tommaso Spadolini and chose CCN to build the boat of his dreams.
Due for delivery in next summer, this is a fast pleasure yacht with an aluminium hull and superstructure coupled with three water jets that unleash a top speed of 40 knots. Both the exterior lines and interior layout reflect Cavalli’s big personality and his request for a craft that would give him as much contact as possible with the sea in complete privacy. The main deck is actually given over almost entirely to the master suite which is located just back from the bridge. A central sky light floods it with natural daylight too. The lower deck features two guest cabins and crew accommodation while the fly has a nicely private area with adjacent helm station. Si chiamerà Freedom la nuova barca dello stilista Roberto Cavalli. Si tratta di un 27 metri fully custom disegnata dallo stesso stilista in collaborazione con il designer ed amico Tommaso Spadolini. Cavalli ha scelto il cantiere CCN per la costruzione della sua barca dei sogni. Il progetto, previsto in consegna per la prossima estate, è uno yacht da diporto veloce con scafo e sovrastruttura in alluminio che può raggiungere i 40 nodi di velocità massima grazie a 3 idrogetti. Le linee esterne ed il layout degli interni riflettono la forte personalità dell’armatore che ha richiesto uno yacht che gli garantisse il massimo contatto con il mare nella più assoluta privacy. In particolare, il ponte principale è interamente dedicato alla suite armatoriale che è situata alle spalle della timoneria. Uno sky-light centrale illumina l’ambiente di luce naturale. Il ponte inferiore è riservato a 2 cabine ospiti e alla zona equipaggio, mentre il fly presenta un’area privée con annessa postazione guida. Il tender è alloggiato a prua.
