The heart of Mother’s

Establishing a Wellness Club is one of the company’s most welcomed efforts, focused on improving all aspects of employee wellbeing: mental, physical, financial, and spiritual. To incentivize healthy camaraderie, prizes are awarded to winners of Mother’s Biggest Loser Competition, which encourages healthy weight management, as well as Mother’s Challenge Quiz, a test of company and general knowledge, and a historically nail-biting fight to the very end. The Annual Paul Morgan Domino Tournament, held in memory of a former network administrator, pays homage to his legacy of sterling service to the company and to this day, remains hugely popular among employees.

But these are not the only opportunities for the Mother’s team to let their hair down, so to speak. A year of tireless service is rewarded with a most festive start of the new calendar year. As the Christmas period is typically the busiest season, Mother’s employees work exceptionally hard during this rigourous time then party even harder the ensuing January, when Mother’s ensures that they are feted in fine style – most deservedly so!
