CHAS. E. Ram­son Lim­ited is one of Ja­maica’s long­est stand­ing dis­tri­bu­tion com­pa­nies, since be­ing founded by Charles Ernest Ram­son in 1922.

It has since evolved from Charles Ram­son op­er­at­ing as a man­u­fac­turer’s rep­re­sen­ta­tive, to be­ing a com­pany of­fi­cially dis­tribut­ing sev­eral ma­jor in­ter­na­tional brands.

The com­pany also owns and dis­trib­utes its own line of prod­ucts – Ram­son’s, since 1986, and Sno White, since 1989, while part­ner­ing with Foska Oats since 1966. In Oc­to­ber 1989, Chas. E Ram­son Lim­ited launched its new­est prod­uct, Cub­bies.

The com­pany has grown from its hum­ble be­gin­nings of two em­ploy­ees to over 130, by main­tain­ing a strong com­ple­ment of highly rep­utable brands. THE JA­MAICA Pe­ga­sus Ho­tel in Kingston Ja­maica has an en­vi­able rep­u­ta­tion as the Caribbean’s pre­mier business and leisure ho­tel.

Lo­cated at 81 Knutsford Boule­vard, in the heart of the New Kingston com­mer­cial district, the ho­tel is nes­tled in the vicin­ity of ma­jor busi­nesses, at­trac­tions and en­ter­tain­ment in the na­tion’s cap­i­tal.

A noted land­mark, the 17storey high ho­tel, which was built in 1973, is also a no­table lo­ca­tion for con­fer­ences and meet­ings, ex­hi­bi­tions, and wed­dings and anniversaries, and has nine con­fer­ence rooms for these events.

The es­tab­lish­ment also boasts a num­ber of special deluxe suites. These in­clude: the Deluxe Ju­nior Suite, Royal Ju­nior Suite, Royal One Bed­room Suite, and the Royal Lux­ury Suite.

The Ja­maica Pe­ga­sus’ world-class fa­cil­i­ties, com­pet­i­tive rates, and warm staff make it the first choice for leisure and business. SUPREME VEN­TURES Lim­ited (SVL) is a lo­cally owned com­pany, which was formed in 1995 by the late Peter Ste­wart, Paul Hoo and Ian Levy.

The com­pany be­gan lot­tery op­er­a­tions on June 25, 2001 and has since di­ver­si­fied its port­fo­lio into other ar­eas of the gam­ing in­dus­try, in­clud­ing: video gam­ing lounges and sports bet­ting.

On Jan­uary 1, 2007 a new com­pany – Supreme Ven­tures Lotteries Lim­ited – was formed and the li­cences for all the lot­tery game brands were trans­ferred to that en­tity.

SVL’s mis­sion is to be the best provider of on­line lotteries and other elec­tron­i­cally dis­trib­uted prod­ucts and ser­vices. In seek­ing to achieve this goal mis­sion, the en­tity has com­mit­ted to the ad­her­ence of sev­eral core val­ues that are used to govern the re­la­tion­ship with its staff, agents, business part­ners, and the pub­lic at large.

These in­clude: eth­i­cal business prac­tices at all times; fair­ness in all ef­forts; ex­cel­lence in per­for­mance; ful­fill­ing prom­ises and com­mit­ments; and ex­tend­ing re­spect and con­sid­er­a­tion to all stake­hold­ers.
