Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs Victor Grant, at the end of the debate, says the administration of justice in Jamaica is of a high calibre in so far as the integrity and capability of the judges themselves are concerned, and that such hold-ups and deficiencies that might exist in the “If yuh did cut mi skin, an’ draw blood Mi woulda forgive yuh.
