So, last week I read in The Gleaner that National Security Minister Robert Montague has offered Jamaica’s help in the US’s Hurricane Matthew recovery. My question is: what kind of twisted logic is this? This must be some other Jamaica that can pull off elaborate $82million athletes’ celebrations and now offer help to First-World countries! Dear Government, if it is that you cannot find sensible things to do with money, my school fee is currently up for grabs. #justsaying
