Are there lessons for Jamaica?
WITH THE eyes of the world, including those of Jamaicans, trained on the not-for-the-faint-hearted elections in the United States, members of the diplomatic corps weighed in on what lessons Jamaica could take from the elections, if any, and whether a Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump presidency would provide more economic benefits. The diplomats canvassed by The Gleaner were among a handful of persons who showed up for an election watch reception hosted by the United States Embassy at Digicel headquarters in downtown Kingston last night.
