Customer service practitioners to ‘discover their wow’
THE JAMAICA Customer Service Association (JaCSA) is to host its annual conference under the theme, Discovering Your Wow from November 21 to 22. This conference will see some of Jamaica’s business leaders, customer service practitioners, supervisors and managers discuss the importance of excellent customer service.
The two-day event will focus on the development and growth of Jamaica’s customer service industry including, how to deliver the wow factor to customers at all levels of industry, Transforming the Service Culture, and Customer Service Touchpoint Technologies. Back by popular demand is featured speaker, Sardek Love, international leadership expert, and motivational speaker.
Floyd Green, state minister in the Ministry of Education, Youth and Information, will open the conference with a discussion, Improving Values and Attitudes. Other local speakers will include leaders from the private and public sector, including, Senator Don Wehby, Group CEO of Grace Kennedy Jamaica Limited; inspirational speaker Rochelle Cameron; vice-president, legal & regulatory and company secretary of FLOW, Donovan James, among many other speakers.
Deputy chairman of the JaCSA Richard Rowe stated, “The importance of excellent customer service can never be overstated. We need to work together to establish and nurture the highest standards of performance within our customer service industry.”

This, the 14th staging of the JaCSA conference, will be held at The Jamaica Pegasus hotel in Kingston.
