JN to give 10 mem­bers room makeover

AS JA­MAICA Na­tional Build­ing So­ci­ety (JNBS) con­sol­i­dates its op­tions to be­come a com­mer­cial bank early in 2017, dur­ing this mo­men­tous move, the so­ci­ety will re­ward 10 mem­bers with ‘a room makeover val­ued at $500,000’ each.

This JN Christ­mas pro­mo­tion, which was of­fi­cially launched on November 4, zooms in on four of the fi­nan­cial in­sti­tu­tion’s prod­ucts, three of which were re­cently in­tro­duced ahead of its tran­si­tion into the com­mer­cial bank­ing arena.

The pro­mo­tion is geared to give back to mem­bers who use a min­i­mum of $100,000 on their JN VISA Credit Card, or have been suc­cess­fully ap­proved and dis­bursed to ac­cess an un­se­cured, term share, or home­en­hance­ment loan.

Ja­son McNeish, mar­ket­ing man­ager at JN, says that the ini­tia­tive has al­ready re­ceived im­pres­sive trac­tion based on the lead-up to the Christ­mas sea­son, cou­pled with the im­pres­sive ben­e­fits and rates that mem­bers will re­ceive.

“This Christ­mas pro­mo­tion will cer­tainly make the hol­i­day sea­son a mem­o­rable one, based on the fact that win­ners not only have a chance to re­ceive a room makeover, but they will be able to use the re­spec­tive prod­ucts to con­ve­niently ac­quire and achieve set goals with value-added ben­e­fits,” he ex­plained.

He noted that JN was aware of the de­sires of its mem­bers; hence, it would find a way for them to re­alise their goals, with an added bonus of a pos­si­ble room makeover.

Why a room makeover? McNeish said, “It is sim­ple! As the lead­ing mort­gage fi­nancier in Ja­maica, we un­der­stand the im­por­tance of a com­fort­able haven to call home; and, there­fore, we are as­sist­ing to cre­ate the right set­ting in which mem­bers can cre­ate last­ing mem­o­ries.”

The pro­mo­tion has the po­ten­tial to cre­ate a rip­ple ef­fect for suc­cess­ful win­ners, as they will also be able to “gift their makeover to a ben­e­fi­ciary of their choice”.

“It is flex­i­ble for win­ners to gift a ben­e­fi­ciary of their choice with the makeover. And, this is an­other ex­cit­ing el­e­ment of the com­pe­ti­tion, as it en­cour­ages benev­o­lence; and will cre­ate a trail of hap­pi­ness, sim­ply by tak­ing ad­van­tage of one of our prod­ucts,” McNeish stated.

The JN Christ­mas pro­mo­tion ends on De­cem­ber 30, and win­ners will be ran­domly se­lected af­ter that date.
