... The Bible and porn

-

THERE ARE more than 30 scriptures that warn us of the dangers of pornography – the do’s and don’ts for both men and women – Proverbs 7: 21 – 27, Psalm 119: 37 and many other scriptures.

The root of the problem we are now facing, even while many are playing the gender card, is that our men are supposed to be the leaders and covering for our society – and particularly for our women and children – and often, because of this industry, they have left their families unprotected. Sadly, women are the ones most deeply involved in this industry. In fact, the pornography industry wouldn’t be what it is without women. That is why we need women who are healed – who look past gender and fight for the boys and men while the boys and men fight for the women and girls. In order to fight porn, we need to stop dividing the family into gender pockets and picking our

favourite gender to defend.

God provides three lines of government to create prosperity and peace within the earth. parents (mother and father), civil government and Levi (the priests). Sadly, they have become ineffective because of pornography.

Those involved in pornography also have the ability to transfer this addiction to others. For example, it is very important for you to know who does your hair, hands and feet. Even when you are passing through the hotels, cruises, massage parlours and spas; even those in the airports that are checking you and patting you down at security check points may be involved in pornography, masturbation and uncleanness. Then you find that you are getting those urges as well that you never had before.

Pornography is even affecting legislation, simply because what you are around, what you associate with, is what you become. We need to look within our tourist industry. We even give our children electronic technology without parental guidance, and we fail to look at the consequences.

This is a call for everyone to unite against pornography, starting with those at the highest levels in the nation and their dress codes. There needs to be order in the House.
