Grilling of classroom windows and doors.
Installation of windows in all classrooms.
Installation of ceiling fans in lower blocks classrooms.
Painting of educational murals on all blocks.

Building of block-and-steel fence at entrance to school and playing field.
Erecting perimeter fencing around playfield.
Tiling of students’ bathroom (male/female).
Building drains to remove water from the compound.
Building of skips to store garbage.

The school has adopted three homes: St Monica’s Home for the Aged, Mustard Seed Children’s Home, and Stratmore Gardens Home making termly donations to them in the form of food items and assisting with other projects.
Working with other primary schools within and outside of the region, sharing ‘best practices’.
Providing employment for community members; security, maintenance, janitorial. Clubs & Societies The school participated in and has won awards in the Optimist Oratorical Contest (trophies, plaques, certificates )
National Primary Championships (gold, silver, bronze medals) placed in top 10 overall
Jamaica Cultural Development Commission (JCDC) at Parish and National levels – Dance: 14 medals – Music: 19 medals – Speech: 21 medals
4H - The school has been awarded at the Parish and National Levels (trophies, plaques and certificates).
