WITH THE predictabl­e fuss about getting everything perfect for Mother’s Day, the team at Hamilton’s Smokehouse partnered with Tea Tree Crêperie and Uncorked, to deliver an unpredicta­ble and unforgetta­ble brunch in celebratio­n of Jamaica’s dedicated moms.

The delectable and enviable menus at both locations featured Hamilton’s Smokehouse Black Forest Ham, and Hamilton’s Smokehouse Smoked Sausages in the signature dishes.

“It’s our first time doing this Mother’s Day event, and we wanted to bring out the love and appreciati­on that Jamaicans share for their moms. We are proud to have been able to share in this momentous occasion and to share this small token of appreciati­on for their hard work,” said Racquel Watson, brand manager – Hamilton’s Smokehouse and Reggae Jammin’.

TEA TREE CRÊPERIE

Hamilton’s Smokehouse and Tea Tree Crêpeie partnered to present signature Black Forest Ham menu additions on Mother’s Day. Patrons had a choice of Black Forest ham, Swiss cheese and asparagus crêpes; Black Forest ham with dill sauce and Swiss cheese omelettes, or eggs Benedict served with Black Forest Ham.

UNCORKED

Uncorked featured two signature dishes with Hamilton’s Smokehouse for its special Mother’s Day brunch. Diners salivated for the untraditio­nal beef Wellington with Hamilton’s Smokehouse Black Forest ham, a mustard and olive duxelles, cranberry demi glaze and a fresh strawberry and shallot garden salad. Option two was the meat lover’s paradise frittata specially baked with Hamilton’s Smokehouse Black Forest ham and smoked sausage topped with a quail egg. Here are the highlights of the delicious offerings. It may not be Mothers’ Day, but here is a recipe you can try anytime of the year.
