Seprod Limited has advised that at a board of directors’ meeting scheduled for June 5, 2017, an interim dividend payment will be considered. Seprod has further advised that a director sold a total of 51,518 SEP shares during the period May 15 to 17.

Eppley Limited has advised that a connected party sold 451,928 EPLY shares on May 22, 2017.

ISP Finance Services Limited has advised that a director sold 25,000 ISP shares on May 17.

Pulse Investment­s Limited has advised that at a board of directors’ meeting, held on May 22, 2017, the following resolution­s were passed and will be voted on at an extraordin­ary general meeting to be held within 30 days: 1. That the stock in PULS be split, on the basis that 5 additional shares be issued to shareholde­rs for every share currently held by them in the company; 2. That the authorised share capital of PULS be increased from 450,000,000 shares of no par value, to 1,950,000,000 shares of no par value, by the creation of an additional 1,500,000,000 shares.

Knutsford Express Services Limited has advised that at its extraordin­ary general meeting, held on May 22, 2017, the following resolution­s were passed: 1. That each ordinary share of the company be subdivided into five shares resulting in the authorised share capital of the company increasing from 100,005,000 shares to 500,025,000 shares of no par value, and the issued and fully paid stated capital of the company increasing from 100,000,003 shares to 500,000,015 shares of no par value; 2. That all the issued and fully paid shares of the company be converted into stock.

The effective date is Friday, June 2, 2017.

Jamaica Broilers Group has advised that effective May 1, 2017, Conley Salmon has been appointed, president of the Jamaica operations and Dave Fairman has been appointed, president of the Haiti operations.
