Tmrw.Tday creates memorable experiences

- Kimberly Goodall Gleaner Writer

“ABETTER tomorrow starts today”. This was the gateway to an invigorating experience orchestrated by the Tmrw. Tday Culture Festival in the peaceful oasis of Negril.

After four days of wellness, music and gastronomic fulfilment, the festival was just getting started.

Walking on to the sandy shores of the Irie Soul beach last Saturday afternoon, there was an overwhelming feeling of peace and tranquillity. It was a beauty to see the diversity in attendee as they revelled in the Jamaican culture.

Some were seen enjoying the pulsating beats of the Jamaican music, while others explored the island’s crafts and connected with their inner voice through spiritual and mental fulfilment exercise – yoga.

Under a little cabana was a world of relaxation and comfort.

The hands of Tropical Touch masseuses and the sway of the palms by the island breeze provided an experience of pure sensation and renewal.

REGGAE REVIVAL

After a day of embracing one’s higher purpose, it was time to unwind and rock to the musical stylings of some of Jamaica’s best cultural artistes at Reggae Revival Concert and Beach Party.

This concert was a highlight of the week-long festival, and guests came out in their numbers

and made the sands of the Boardwalk Village their seats for the night. With an incredible line-up of artistes, guests could not contain their joy.

‘Trodding’ a perfect path for the big act was Runkus and the Oldskl Bond, followed by the

soulful voice of Sevana. Then, Protoje and The Indiggnation took to the stage to deliver a conscious, organic performance that left attendees awed by his mentally stimulating lyrics.

The final days continued with wellness sessions and food programmes

featuring international wellness ambassador and super foods evangelist David ‘Avocado’ Wolfe.

In the end, the Tmrw.Tday team was overjoyed by guests satisfaction and turnout at events.
