KAMP KAMILA is a global fitness and wellness movement linked to the reggae and Jamaican tourism space. Created through a merger of fitness, nutrition and wellness with Brand Jamaica – particularly reggae music and beautiful locations around the island.
The Kamp Kamila 30-day challenge, brought to you by WATA, brings Kamila’s best practices in fitness and nutrition to Kampers all across the globe through a virtual experience of workouts, meal plans and recipes and live wellness coaching with Kamila via weekly webinars.

Kamp Kamila is affordable and is a very time-conscious alternative to your typical gym experience. All workouts are 30-40 minutes and can be done right in your own living room. There is a large focus on meal planning and meal prep with a focus on creating affordable and time-sensitive meals, which are delicious and healthy.

ACCOUNTABILITY PROGRAMME
The popular accountability partner programme allows for Kampers to meet and interact with other Kampers around the world to support each other through the process. Kampers also immediately become part of a very active and engaging fitness community which also supports, inspires, and motivates each other. The power of this community is amplified by our private and exclusive Facebook Group ‘Kamp Kamila Tribe’, which creates an ongoing motivation centre for all Kampers to participate.
Through this medium on Facebook, the Kamp Team can easily track, support, and empower the Kampers along their journey. The progress of our Kampers is also shared with other Tribe Kampers, and so far in this last edition of the challenge, participants have already surpassed their own fitness goals and the largest weight-loss transformation has been tracked at over 30lb in 30 days. Of equal if not greater importance, almost 100 per cent of our Kampers (300 plus) have made changes to the way they approach nutrition and overall wellness.
