Losing fat can be an uphill task. Poor eating habits and a lack of exercise often serve to exacerbate the problem, making any effort to shed the unwanted fat even more difficult to achieve.

A weight-loss programme or the assistance of a nutritioni­st, or enrolment at your nearby gym are options you can exercise. Importantl­y, to shed those pounds, you should focus on losing weight overall, which will include body fat.
