The development will feature 675-square-foot two bedroom/one-bathroom homes on 3,500-square-foot lots, 810-square-foot two-bedroom/one-bathroom homes on 4,000-square-foot lots, and 940-square-foot two-bedrooms, two-bathroom home on 5,000-square-foot lots. The price range for Phases One and Two were $9.5 million-$12 million plus closing costs, and subject to escalation.

Gore is currently building its fourth development in Old Harbour, St Catherine. This development, New Harbour Village (NHV) IV is sold out. NHV IV offered a mix of twobedroom/one-bathroom and one-bedroom/one-bathroom homes and is projected to be completed in November 2017. Gore’s current north coast project, Montego West Village, Montego Bay, St James, has also sold all units in Phases One, Two and Three with just a few units still available for purchase in Phase Four. This development is offering two-bedroom/ one-bathroom, two-bedroom/two-bathroom and three-bedroom/three-bathroom homes and will be built in seven phases.
