J. H. Dunstan & Associates Limited is an electrical and mechanical engineering and contracting company established in 1972. The company has evolved much since setting out with the mission of becoming the premier electrical and mechanical engineering company in Jamaica and the Caribbean over 40 years ago.
The company has forged its way by garnering relationships with private and public-sector entities within the Jamaican economy by participation in the development of electrical and mechanical infrastructure in diverse sectors such as tourism, commercial, industrial, housing and manufacturing. Dunstan & Associates Limited has worked diligently and with dynamism for inclusion on major projects as jointventure partners, domestic and nominated subcontractors and contractors on both private- and publicsector projects.
To date, the company has built quite a reputation in areas such as power generation, electrical installation, commissioning and power-supply distribution, etc; publicsector development in the areas of substation upgrades, line distribution and upgrading (Jamaica Public Service Company Limited), sub-division infrastructure and government housing developments; and diversification into the supply and installation of water and wastewater pumps.

Dunstan & Associates Limited has accumulated over 75 man-years of experience in the electrical and mechanical contracting field, which is inherent in the organisational structure of the company and the individual expertise developed by the various personnel in the organisation. They are an established registered company affiliated with the Incorporated Master Builders Association of Jamaica and the Electrical Contractors Association of Jamaica.
