I would like to extend my heartiest congratulations to the NCB Employees Cooperative Credit Union on the celebration of their 25th anniversary. No one ever imagined that a bank could have a credit union operating in its own backyard and prosper over these many years. My involvement and association with NCBECCU has been extremely rewarding and I also had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful, dedicated and hard-working individuals.
