MAKE IT A dining escapade WITH OCEANS 11
THERE ARE not many dining experiences that take you away from reality, but when you visit Oceans 11, it will not only be the food that takes your breath away.
At Oceans 11, you are afforded a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea, and you can hear the waves, and smell the sea. With such an enchanting view, you might wonder if the food can compete for attention. It does.
Oceans 11 offers a wide range of dishes – there’s something for everyone. If you are a seafood lover, then this is the place to be. Their escoveitched fish is a favourite, the shrimp scampi is also popular, the barbecued ribs are also tasty, and the options seem endless.
The restaurant also provides first-class entertainment. Tuesdays’ karaoke night is always a hit, rain or shine.
“One Tuesday, we saw the rain and closed early and we got numerous calls from our patrons. Since then, unless it’s a hurricane and we have to batten down, we hold our karaoke nights,” explained General Manager Angella Lugg.
Jamaica Night is held on Mondays; Games Night on Wednesdays; Soca Night on Thursdays; After-Work Party is on Fridays; and Saturdays are for ‘flashbacks’.
Customers get to enjoy these special nights with amazing
cocktails. The bartenders have perfected their drinks and seem to have a special touch with Wray & Nephew brands.
The restaurant boasts two dining areas. If you want to enjoy the ambience and scenery, you can go upstairs. If you visit on a signature night, then downstairs is the spot for you, and you still get to enjoy the view.
If you have a sweet tooth, you are in luck. They offer home-made gelato – made inhouse from scratch. The hit flavour is the Ferrero Rocher, which has chunks of delicious chocolate throughout the ice cream, with a literal cherry on top.
Oceans 11 does not only cater for dinner guests, as it also has a café, where customers can get their coffee fix. Lugg said customers keep coming back for more.
Try these smooth cocktails.
